Spatial relations are intuitive for many students, but the vocabulary to describe these relationships isn’t. Our new Get the Picture™ Position & Direction Words help bridge this gap between innate understanding and verbal expression! Each card features a different word like “above”, “below” or “upside down”, illustrated to look like its meaning. This unique format cements the vocabulary with a handy mnemonic in a fun, engaging way.

This set includes 35 beautiful, full color cards printed on 11″ x 4.25″ cardstock. They’re easy to laminate, slip into vinyl pockets, or display on your word wall as-is!

Each card also features a QR code printed right on the face that links to an animation of the card itself. Now students can see the cards on the wall all day for passive review, then really see them during center activities, vocabulary lessons, or any time! Just scan the QR code, or have your students do it, and watch their understanding of position and directional terms grow.
