Description
It’s well-known how important sight words are for early readers, but what’s the best way to help your class learn these words? These Visual Verbs™ vocabulary cards are one great way!
Each card features a different primary verb from the Dolch list, beautifully illustrated so that the definition is actually included as part of the word’s letters! “Draw” is written out in crayon with a crayon as part of the letter “w,” and “sleep” is written on a night background with sleepy eyes for the letters “e.” These fun visuals not only engage students but quickly create visual connections, enhancing students’ ability to understand these important sight words, in turn enhancing their ability to read and spell.
Each card is printed in full color 4.25” x 11″, on coated cardstock.
These cards are printed with pride in the USA.
